1. About Us
The Empowr Method is operated by ENTHEOS Global Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website or purchasing any programme offered through The Empowr Method, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.
3. Our Programmes
The Empowr Method currently includes:
- Foundations – a self-guided online programme.
- Phase One – a facilitated one-to-one programme.
- Phase Two – a facilitated one-to-one programme available following completion of Phase One.
Additional programmes, resources, or services may be introduced in the future. Programme descriptions, pricing, availability, and any specific terms are shown on the website at the time of purchase.
4. Nature of the Service
The Empowr Method provides educational, coaching, and personal development programmes designed to support greater awareness, self-understanding, and personal growth.
Our programmes are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or any other regulated healthcare service.
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and decisions throughout your participation.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, or are experiencing significant emotional distress, we encourage you to seek appropriate support from a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Fees and Payment
Programme prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in accordance with the selected plan.
If a payment is missed, programme access or future facilitated sessions may be paused until payments are brought up to date.
6. Self-guided programmes
Self-guided programmes are delivered through our online learning platform and are designed to be completed at your own pace.
Once enrolled, you may access and revisit the programme materials whenever you wish.
Your access is provided for the lifetime of the programme while it continues to be offered through our learning platform. We may occasionally update, improve, or refine programme content as part of our ongoing commitment to its development.
Programme access is provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold.
7. Facilitated Programmes
Facilitated programmes include private sessions delivered online by appointment.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior notice, are normally considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
If we need to rearrange a session, an alternative appointment will always be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated, programme purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made.
This applies to both full payments and payment plans.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Confidentiality
All facilitated sessions are conducted in confidence and with respect.
Information will only be disclosed where required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding the safety of yourself or others.
10. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, including written content, audio recordings, videos, meditations, exercises, graphics, and downloadable resources, remain the intellectual property of ENTHEOS Global Limited.
These materials are licensed for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, shared, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Appropriate Use
The Empowr Method is built upon mutual respect, kindness, and personal responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue participation where behaviour is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate.
Where participation is ended for these reasons, refunds will not be provided for any completed services.
12. Limitation of Liability
Participation in The Empowr Method may lead to meaningful personal insights and life changes. However, individual experiences and outcomes naturally vary.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ENTHEOS Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in our programmes.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant programme.
13. Force Majeure
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, internet disruption, or other unforeseen events, prevent a programme or facilitated session from taking place, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in force at the time of your purchase or enrolment will apply to your agreement unless otherwise required by law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
